🔑 Access Keys
Access keys are prepaid keys that you can use to book the consultation room instead of paying for each hour separately.
With access keys:
– booking time is easier and faster
– you can reschedule your booking yourself
– the hourly price becomes lower than a single booking

- Keys are stored in your account
- 1 access key = 1 hour of room use
- Up to 16 keys can be used per week
- Keys are valid for 100 days from the purchase date
Example
You mostly work online but occasionally need to meet clients in person.
In that case, you can start with 5 access keys.
When you want to book a time, simply use your access keys.
This is more affordable, and it is easier to reschedule or cancel a booking.
The set also includes one duplicate key in case a meeting is cancelled at the last moment.

⭐ Duplicate Key
A duplicate key allows you to restore a used access key if a booking is cancelled less than 6 hours before the start time.
- Duplicate keys are stored in your account
- 1 duplicate key restores 1 access key
- Activates 6 hours after purchase
- Can only be used before the booked time starts
- Valid for 100 days from purchase
Example
A client informs you 30 minutes before the meeting that they cannot come.
You have already booked the room and used one access key.
In this case, the duplicate key helps.
You can use it to restore the access key that was spent.

HOW TO USE ACCESS KEYS
- Click “My Account” in the main menu.
- Make sure you are logged in (if not, log in or register).
If you see this screen, you need to log in to your account or register.
- Click “Book” in the main menu, choose a time, and confirm your details and agreement to the terms.
- On the “Confirmation” page, you will see the standard rental price — this is normal.
- You will see the field “📌 Do you have an access key?”
- Select your access key in this field.
- Click “Apply” (✅) to activate the key.
- The total amount due will change to €0.00.
- Click “Book”.
If the total amount due is €0.00, your access key has been successfully applied.
