1. General provisions
The consultation room is intended for individual consultations and professional meetings in a calm and confidential environment.
Rental is provided exclusively on an hourly basis.
These terms are established to ensure a comfortable and predictable working environment for all users of the space.
2. Booking and payment
Bookings are made via the website kabinet.ee.
Payment is made online in advance. Available payment methods:
- Estonian bank links
- Visa and Mastercard payment cards
The payment service provider is Maksekeskus AS (MakeCommerce). Payments are processed in a secure environment, and the operator does not see or process customers’ bank card details.
After booking confirmation, the client receives an individual PIN code by e-mail for access to the premises.
3. Access Key Packages
The client may purchase an Access Key package — a bundle of prepaid rental hours.
One Access Key corresponds to 60 minutes of room usage.
An Access Key is a unit of prepaid time and is used to book available time slots without separate payment for each booking.
The validity period and conditions of use of the package are specified in the description of the respective offer on the website.
Certain packages may include a limited number of Duplicate Keys.
Duplicate Key
A Duplicate Key provides the possibility to retain an Access Key in case of late cancellation (less than 6 hours before the start of the booking).
The number of Duplicate Keys and the conditions of their use are specified in the relevant package description.
Use of a Duplicate Key is subject to the client’s request and confirmation by the operator.
Unused Duplicate Keys are not compensated and do not extend the validity period of the package.
4. Cancellation and rescheduling
Single bookings:
- ≥ 6 hours before the start — free cancellation or rescheduling.
- < 6 hours before the start — payment is non-refundable.
- No-show — payment is non-refundable.
Bookings made using Access Keys:
If cancelled less than 6 hours before the start, the respective Access Key is considered used, unless a Duplicate Key is applied.
5. Access and usage time
Address of the premises: Narva mnt 4, Tallinn.
Access to the premises is provided via an individual PIN code.
The PIN code becomes active 10 minutes before the beginning of the paid time slot.
If the next booking begins immediately after yours, the premises must be vacated no later than the end of the paid time.
If there is no subsequent booking, it is permitted to remain on the premises for up to 15 minutes after the end of the paid time.
If this time is exceeded and there is no subsequent booking, further use of the premises is considered an additional rental hour.
For clients using an Access Key package, one additional Access Key will be deducted. For single bookings, the additional hour is payable according to the applicable rate.
6. Use of the premises
- The client shall treat the property with due care.
- Maintain silence and order in the premises.
- Use the premises solely for lawful activities.
Transfer of the PIN code to third parties without prior agreement is prohibited.
In case of technical issues, the client shall immediately contact the operator.
7. Animals
Animals are permitted subject to prior agreement with the operator.
The client is responsible for the animal’s behaviour, any potential damage, and maintaining order in the premises.
8. Liability
The client is liable for any damage caused by the client or their guests.
In case of damage, the client shall compensate the actual costs of restoring the property.
9. Force majeure
The parties shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to force majeure circumstances.
In such cases, payments may be refunded or rescheduled by mutual agreement.
10. Personal data
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy .
11. Disputes and applicable law
The law of the Republic of Estonia applies.
Disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Estonian legislation.
The competent court is Harju County Court.
