1. Subject

Rental of a consultation room on an hourly or daily basis.

2. Booking and payment

Booking is made via the website kabinet.ee.

Payment for the service is made online in advance. Available payment methods:

  • online bank links of Estonian banks
  • card payments (Visa and Mastercard)

Payments are processed by Maksekeskus AS (MakeCommerce) in a secure environment. The service provider does not see or process the client’s card details.

After a successful payment, the client receives a confirmation by e-mail.

3. Prices and taxes

Prices are provided on the website and include applicable taxes (unless otherwise stated).

4. Cancellation and rescheduling

  • ≥ 12 h before the start — free cancellation or rescheduling.
  • < 12 h before the start — cancellation is not possible, 100% of the price is charged.
  • No-show — 100% of the price is charged.

5. Access and use

Room address: Narva mnt 4, Tallinn.

The client must take care of the property and maintain silence and cleanliness.

Use of the room for illegal activities or consumption of substances is prohibited.

It is recommended to document the room condition with a photo upon entry and exit.

6. Liability and damages

The client is responsible for any damage caused by them or their guests.

The administration has the right to charge the cost of repairs or additional cleaning.

7. Conduct and safety

No loud events, smoking, use of candles or open flames.

Pets are allowed only by prior agreement.

8. Force majeure

The parties are released from liability in cases of force majeure.

In such cases, payments will be refunded or credited by mutual agreement.

9. Personal data

Processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website.

10. Disputes and applicable law

Estonian law applies.

Disputes are resolved in accordance with Estonian legislation.

Competent court — Harju County Court.
