Booking data: name, e-mail, phone number, selected date/time, comments.
Payment data: payment status, amount, transaction ID (card numbers are not stored).
Communication: e-mails, contact form messages, internal booking notes.
Technical website data: IP address, cookies, device details, and event logs (for security and analytics).

Contract performance – managing bookings and service communication.
Legal obligation – accounting and record-keeping.
Legitimate interest – ensuring system security and preventing abuse.
Consent – receiving notifications or marketing (optional, can be withdrawn anytime).

4. Payment Processor and Data Subprocessors

Payments are processed via Maksekeskus AS (MakeCommerce).
Only the information required for processing the transaction is shared.
We also use technical processors (hosting, backups, booking system).
All partners operate under data processing agreements with appropriate safeguards.

5. Data Retention

Booking data – up to 2 years after the service, unless required longer by law.
Accounting records – up to 7 years as required by law.
Communication – up to 2 years or until consent is withdrawn.
Cookies – according to your browser settings and consent preferences.

We do not transfer personal data outside the EU/EEA unless adequate safeguards are in place
(e.g., EU Standard Contractual Clauses).
